What we record
- Visit statistics: the page opened, the chosen language (EN/PT), the date and time, a random identifier stored in your browser, and the approximate country and city that our hosting provider derives from your IP address at the time of the visit. The app does not store the IP address itself.
- Predictions: only the result (boy/girl) and the language. The age and month you enter are not sent.
- Administrator account: only the site administrator signs in (email and password or Google). Visitors do not create accounts.
Data kept only in your browser
Your prediction history, language choice and dismissed notices are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us. You can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not load Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Purpose and lawful basis
Visit data is used to understand how many people use the site and which pages they read. The lawful basis for this processing is under review.
Service providers
- Lovable — hosting of the site and its database (Lovable Cloud, which runs on Supabase infrastructure).
- Cloudflare — network the site is served from; it determines the approximate country and city from the IP address.
- Google — only if the administrator signs in with Google. Does not apply to visitors.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, so data may be transferred outside the EEA. The applicable safeguards are under review.
Retention
The retention period for visit data is under review.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them, write to info@allportugal.one. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
